CR8.5 Alerts don't work in Crystal Enterprise 8.5?

Report alerts will not display in CE8.5. The alerts button at the top of the screen in ePortfolio serves only to show you the reports that contained triggered alerts. Alert display functionality is only a function of Crystal Reports.
CE9 does not display alerts, either. Users can be notified, via email that reports with triggered alerts are present in the environment. Rod Oatis
