CR8.0 and Windows XP

Hi,

I have been getting an error that related to msvcrt.dll when I ran some reports in Windows XP. These reports all happen to have subreports in the Details section that contain summaries. I never had any problem when I ran these reports in Windows 2000.

Crystal Decision website has the hot fix for the version 8.5. However, I am using 8.0.

I also tried the Compatibilty Wizard in Windows Xp and changed it to Windows 2000, but it didn't work.

Is there any fix for this problem?
