I am using CR6, and am trying to chart 2 fields in a group footer. These two fields are calulated using other fields in the same group footer. When I try to chart the data, the totals of these two fields are multiplied by the number of records within the group. So instead of having 2 amounts which are equal to say... 50 and 60, the chart shows the data as 300 and 360 because there are six records in the group. How can I get it to simpy chart the amounts which are shown on the report.

Thanks for any help you can provide peoples!

Putting it on the group footer so you see it once per group doesn't change the fact that it exists at the detail level of the results. Your chart must be doing a default sum of this number.

Try creating a summary that is a MAX of this field, and then chart this field using a group chart instead of a detail chart. Ken Hamady
