For a couple of days I had CR8 installed on my workstation along with CR6. After the review I uninstalled CR8.
Without any notification, the uninstall of CR8 took the 32 bit ODBC drivers right off my system – result my CR6 reports, which are all driven via ODBC to SQL and Access tables/stored procedures, went south on me.
I had to uninstall CR6 and then do a reinstall, this appears to have fixed the problem.
Environment: workstation Windows NT 4.0
SQL 7 on network servers
So be carefull out there, it's a mean world!
