CR10 Tool Tips

Hi,
when using CR10 in ASP.NET (either the standard bundled with VS.NET or advanced developer)if I try and turn off Tool Tips with CHR(9) in the tool tip formula field it just shows a blank tool tip of about 9 spaces, however when developing the report in the crystal IDE it dosn't show?
Also trying to turn off from:- File/Options/layout, Tool Tips has now effect, has anyone found a solution to this problem yet?

In CR10, there is a option under File, Options, Layout.
In the Preview frame, uncheck Tool Tips.
I ma sure theis resolves the problem in the designer, but you will have to check to see if it works in ASP.NET
