In the process of upgrading from CE8.5 to CE10. When using CR10 and running "verify databse" on an existing report, some table links are lost, leaving some tables orphanned.
This does not happen on every report or every table linkage within a report, seems to be intermittent. Reports are against SAP but not sure if that is the problem.

Has anyone come across this before?

Crystal 10 does SQL differently, people find different rowsets, etc.

Another thing you might notice is that the SELECT line will have all fields in the query in it, whereas in CR 8.5 it did not. This may result in unexpected row inflation.

As for why CR 10 is doing this to you, you'd have to clearly identify the data types and joins used to better understand.

If your able to one time open a report and do a Verify Database and this occurs, yet open it again and it does not occur, then you have a serious problem, as that is internittent. If it is consistent with eah report, then it is NOT intermittent, and you should be able to figure out what causes it.
