CR XI server - problem with running report

I have uploaded a new report to the CR enterprise server and am having difficulty getting the report to run. I get the error message
'Failed to open the connection. C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11\Data\procSched\servername.reportjobserver\~tmp1230483bd1b0dfa.rpt'

I have added the required ODBC DSN (SQL Server DB) on the server where XI server is installed and tested this with Crystal Reports which runs the report OK.

Any ideas?

Are you trying to run it with Crystal on the Server or are you trying to run it through infoview? Did you check to seeif the report job server is running?

When I run the report using CR on the server it works OK, when I run it in Infoview I get the error message.
Checked all the XI services through the CMC and all are working have restarted, still no joy.

Anyway I have since sorted it, well sort of, My original Infoview report was saved to the server using the repository conection in CR - A couple of days I added the same report using infoview to add the report to the system this seems to have sorted it!!.
