CR XI Report Email Questions

Hi,

I'm using CR XI Developer and CR Enterprise Server.

I would like to email out a CR report but I have a couple special things to do.

1)
I would like to email the report to multiple people. I can probably do this by entering multiple email addresses on the "To" line when I setup email parameters on the Destination page of CR Enterprise Server. Is that the only way though because my list of persons that this report should be emailed to can change on a weekly basis (report runs once per week)?

What I would really like CR Server to do is read in a list of email addresses from a text file and email the report to all in that file.

I've been looking through CR documentation and it looks like if you want to email a report you have to send the report as an attachment in whatever format you choose PDF, Excel, Word rtf, HTML. This means my email recipients have to open the email and open the attachment to get at the report information. Additionally they can't see the report output in an email preview pane. Is there a way to have CR export out to an email message format (report output is the email message body - complete with CR formatting and hyperlinks, etc)?

Anyone have any advice on these two?

If your list of email address' changes frequently then you should create a distribution list. Use the distribution list email address as the send to address. You can then change the members of the DL on a daily, weekly, etc.
