CR XI RDC not using .net

Guys I have a access databse that uses the active x componet
just to view and export data. I have been mucking around trying to get it to work on a client but not sure of which drivers I know Crviewer.dll and craxdrt.dll but still no joy the reference in the vba code window tell me I am missing the runtime library I have also read about this merge module but has to do with .net which i afraid I know nothing about can anyone shed some light?

You'll find that you need more than just craxdrt.dll and crviewer.dll.

I don't have vb6 how can i create an installer msi with out it....are there any prepackaged msi's...All i need is the user to view the report and export it ...the designer componet is not required...
