CR XI -Infoview-Creating global template for all users 2

Hi,
I want all users to view the same Infoview template when they log on.is it possible ?

The templates appear to be saved only in users favorites.Can an Administrator create one for all users ?

you can do that by adding the template/report to the "public folders" instead of the user specific folder.

Thanks.Can I make the public folder the default folder that people see when they log on - so that it appears as a home page ?
I want to have a page for general system info such as system availability,down time etc..

Yes, and they can do so themselves by selecting preferences while in Infoview.
