CR with parameter not working as a Remedy Report

Hi,
When I run a parameter CR report from the Remedy 7 reports console, it returns no data values on displayed report.

Does anyone know why when run from CR XI, data values display on report, and not from Remedy 7 ?

This happens on a report that I have a parameter promting for a value prior to report running.
