Hello,
We use Crystal Enterprise 9, Oracle 9 (Stored procedure) and Oracle Native Driver for our reports. All reports published on web via URL web reporting. Right now we face one problem, once we launch the crystal viewer (both version 9 and 8) in web browser (IE 6), if the report could return in 10 minutes, everything was fine. However, if the report take more than 10 minutes to run, the CR viewer just stopped after 10 minutes (the logo stop spinning), no response, no error message. If we go to Oracle side, we can see the Oracle session was still running.
I have changed all time out setting (CE pageserver, cache server, File server and IIS ) to 45 minutes, and reboot the server, however, no luck, the CR viewer will stop after 10 minutes.
We have same reports running on CR 8 page server, with CR ODBC driver, we don't have that problem.
Any ideas?
Thanks a lot for your help.
