Running Windows2008R2 server and Crystal Report Viewer version XI (CrystalXIrdc.msi)

Due to problems with POPUPS in the system, ”protected mode” has been activated on the Citrix server. It turns out that this causes problems for Crystal Reports to run properly when this parameter is on. Among others the calendar will not show in the parameter windows.

Any tips or help is appreciated
