CR-QM Record on demand does not function?

Hi All,
We have a contact recording 7 with a CC7 and CS1000E V6.0. The recording of the communications automatically functions correctly, but manually with the function ''record one demand'' on the IP Phones (Key ROD) that does not function. During the communication, I press on the key, the display light and extinct?? The communication is not recorded.
Are there a procedure or pre-necessary for this function ROD??
