CR not passing parameters to Stored Procedure in BOE R3.1

We have several reports that are not passing parameter values (more than one parameter) to stored procedures in BOE R3.1. The reports use an ODBC to connect to SQL server data sources (one data source per report). These reports were working fine in BOE R2.

Have you tried opening the reports in Crystal 2008 validating the data source and then and upgrading them from XI?
