My understanding is that the ruler bar is based on your regional settings.

Thank you. I can find the option to display ruler or grid but if I want to position a label or text object within a report and input the location using MM, apart from working out the value on a calculator (eg 70MM * 54.42 twips/pixels??) I cannot easily input the correct measurement. Is it possible to change the measurement type for a report objects positional LEFT/TOP/WIDTH property?
