Hello,

We recently switched from Crystal Enterprise 9 to 10. A report which was designed to either Print in Legal size landscape or somehow automatically fit to regular landscape in spite of going out to the margin width of 13.5 no longer fits on one page of an Acrobat file. What could be causing this issue?

If calling the report out of .NET, perhaps the CrystalReportViewer defaults to a new setting with the RAS. Have you you coded to override the 4 margins on the report?

Switched means changed servers?

It may be that you have a different printer setup involved.

There are also service packs for CE 10.

Somehow when the server change took place the legal size setting changed to letter. The solution was having someone with Access to the Crystal Enterprise folder save the Crystal report with the print default as legal paper.

Thanks for the help.
