If your database has security, CR will prompt for a user name and password.

Howwever you can create a parameter field in your report that asks for a password. Then write a record selection formula so that if the password entered by the user does not match the value you are looking for, which would be hard coded into the formula, the report wil select no records.

You will need to run an executeable and not let the users have access to Crystal reports design in order to make this solid. Software Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine

Does CR 8.0 support XML (or it's only supports 8.5 version)?
