Hello all,

OK I know this should be easy but I simply cannot find it.

I am running a 2000 Pro Server with last service pack and running CR Viewer to support CR 8.5 that was installed in 2003.

I need to amend the correct code file to enable the Export feature to Excel, Word, or RTF function and I need to enable the Print capability on the viewer.

Hi,
The ActiveX viewer has a print button by default, so no coding should be needed.

The export options depend on which ones are installed on the client running the report...

OK, if that is true then why do I have only the Lighting bolt to refresh reports and no export drop down and no print icon.

Where should I typically look for the installed module for this then to ensure I have a good viewer?

Hi,
What method are you using for calling the viewer?

Please explain the architecture - is the a standard CR ( Pro or Developer) install and the reports run by an individual user or have you installed CR on the server and allow multiple users to run it from there ( assuming correct licensing )?
