CR 8.5 printing problem

Hi, I've created a report with all kinds of info of departments in a hospital. I print this report so the departments can use it. Is there a way to dedicate a printer to every department in the report?
The hospital has about 25 departments with their own printer, so it would be much easier that the right prints go to the right department when I print a department.

Hi, thanks for responding. I allready have builded the report. Can I still dedicate the printers to the departments and what is the method to do this?
