I have a VB6 ActiveX control application that will be viewed through an intranet client browser. The control contains a CRViewer object that points to a Crystal Report 8.5 rpt file on a shared drive on the network. The report contains a simple chart in the header, which when viewed in the development environment displays correctly. When the application is downloaded to the client however, the report displays, but the chart doesn't. There are no error messages displayed either.
If the project is build as a standard exe and installed on the client, the chart displays correctly.
I have looked on the Seagate website, and included the following files as part of my package:
craxdrt.dll - ActiveX designer runtime
crviewer.dll - Viewer component
crpaig80.dll - Text Object dll
mfc42.dll - shared library
msvcrt.dll - C Runtime library
sscsdk80.dll - (Charting) Main chart dll
pg32conv.dll - sscsdk80.dll dependency
p2sodbc.dll - connectivity to SQL server
database
Can anyone please help me?
