CR 11 - Error in File C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\....rpt

Hi,

I am using CR 11 in my asp.net application to create a large number of pdf files which then are mailed as attachments. Reports are created by a worker thread. I use ado.net dataset as a datasource. Sometimes (not every time - once in few hundred attachments) i get the following error:

Error in File C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\{A0D946B9-B1D0-4D5E-8EBE-5E219692A104}.rpt:
The request could not be submitted for background processing.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening?
