Hi everybody,
we have build up a number of reports to bring out the information we want to give to our customers. Most of the results are exported to pdf, some to excel. The pdf and excel are hand out to the customers who do not have the possibility to run the reports themselves or to log in to our database.
Now we are looking for ways to automate the production of pdfs and excels.
Can someone point me to systems that allow to start the reports a number of times with varying parameters and varying destinations for the results?
The pdfs are enriched with bookmarks after export, some are split into parts. This is done by a plug in to Adobe Acrobat. The excels are merged together and formated by macros. Do you know if the automation tool is able to perform next steps like the described on the exported data?
