CR 10 and web services vs CR 11

Currently I am using CR 10 and I am trying to access some data thru XML web services.

I saw that for CR 11 the conection is done automatically.
if I specify for Data Expert: XML and then choose Web services... everything runs smoothly.

But for CR 10 this functionality is missing when I go to the same place.

Can I use the same feature for CR 10? Do I need to install anything else?

Upgrade to CR 11 is not possible.
