We are currently implementing SAP, but not the Business Warehouse module. Apparently, there are a number of data views in the SAP R3 db that are used for canned reports> these views were also used to create custom reports prior to the introduction of the SAP BW. We are running SAP on an Oracle 10G db and I am using CR10. I used an ODBC connection(Should I use the native Oracle drivers??) to connect to the database and was able to see the R# db, but I could not find the sales view or any other view. It looks like I only have tables starting with "A", so I'm wondering if I need a special version of Crystal for SAP R3 reporting. Does anyone here have any SAP reporting experience??

Not an SAP expert.

Yes you should probably use the native Oracle drivers rather than the ODBC connection.

Sounds like a security issue. Oracle stores any set of tables or views under a user folder (called a schema).

Have you tried logging in as the user that these storage views are stored under?
