We are using CE 10 and CR 10 with Aspect Call Center Reports 3.0 and DataMart Reports 2.0.
One laptop can access the CE repository for the Call Center Reports and successfully run them on the desktop in CR 10. One cannot
We have registered the CRUFLARRY.dll and CRUFLSQLv81.dll in the same place on each machine. Each is running the same patches and service packs. We rebooted and powered off/on the unit that is not running the report.
We are getting an error in formula on the one machine because it is not reading the .dll for Aspect's "relative date" function. I have a case open with Aspect, but hoped someone else here might have an idea on what to do.
