CPU Usage is Very High - Please Help

I am running Win 2K. My CPU usage exceeds 95% everytime I am on it. I have tried disabling anti-virus software and WinFax but this doesn't help. It seems that an application called, "INETINFO.EXE" takes up majority of the memory.

I would appreciate any help with this. Thanks in advance.

It is related to IIS, do you need to be running IIS?

Remove the IIS if you don't using it !

From Windows Programs ,, in the Add/Remove Programs ,, you will find Internet information Service ,, Just Uncheck it Mohamed Farid
