CPU usage 100% - dllhost.exe

The CPU usage on our Web server can stick at 100%.
On investigation it is the dllhost.exe causing this.

At the moment I am resorting to a server reboot to bring it back to normality.
(This is something I don't wish to continue with)

Is there a better way to deal with the problem?
