CPU Upgrade Question

I have a PE2500 with dual 1.1GHz cpu which I would like to upgrade using CPUS from a server we no longer need.

However I need some help...
Can you tell me if my PE2500
(which is using 2 x 1.1GHz cpus Dell Part number: 6E233)
will support 2 x 2.4ghz xeon processor Dell Part number: U0621

I'll continue to research but would appreciate any suggestions.

The PE2500 is a Pentium-III based server, while the chips you want to use are Pentium-4 based.

The fastest CPUs available for that platform are 1.4GHz.
