1. Is CPU over heated and Disk full Traps are enterprise(vendor specific) traps or general traps..?

2. 1.3.6.1.2.1.6.10 --->
iso . org . dod . internet . mgmt . mib-2 . tcp . tcpInSegs

In above OID --> What is the use of "mgmt" node.? and can we get all the system specific data here like cpu utilization, bandwidth usage etc.. and is "mgmt" is also enterprise specific or general?

Any reply is greatly appreciated.
