CPU monitoring on iseries Navigator

The CPU monitoring graph that is found on the iseries navigator under Management Central, Monitors, System, Sample Cpu Monitor only works on 12 of our 15 systems, for some reason it fails on 3 others.
The only message I get for this is 'Failed' or 'Failed - Connection Failed'
I don't know where to look as the id that connects is the same on all servers that work.

Is there any service that I need to check is running ?
