Hi all,

a cpu d5 is not giving cil output ver17 is cpu. i tookt an admin back up.
client provide a cpu-d which is ver 15. when try toput the back up the system didnt accept,
when change the ver 17 cpu promset to ver 15 cpu it accepted the back up but still the cil out put is not comming.
how to proceed i have a ver 14 cpu is as spare
any suggesions please

Try these settings:
6006:10
6007:1
6009:9600
6010:master
6011:unticked
6012:cil

6401:fill in the used port (port 00000 has the highest priority)
6403:call hotel cil3 hotel
6402:activate cil at last

Connect Hyperterminal with 9600/8/N/1 without flowcontrol.

When it is a hotel system there is a problem with a blocked cil output in almost
any version before R18 R4E.
When you have such hotel system you only can make a factory default and load a backup.
