CPU CLOCK SPEED ERR IN SS20 SOL-9 SMC

Hi
I just upgraded Ross prom 2.22R in my ss20 (MP)
When monitoring in Solaris Management Console the status of cpu (two cpu installed), I get:
--cpu 0 75mzh clock speed (this is fine)
--cpu 2 16,xxx,xxx mzh clock speed (this is err)
Both cpu are 75mzh.

Command---module-info --reports correct
Command-----psrinfo -v ---reports correct
Is there a problem somewhere. Please comment.
