CPU 4000 Alarm Unit

Guys,In one of our projects we need to connect the Alarms of the CPU 4000 to an external device called RTU (for SCADA system) .The issue is that the RTU digital input should be a dry contact which will be powered up with 48 VDC and get connected to RTU . But as CPU 4000 document shows the alarm outputs are from a serial port and therefore we need to somehow do some adaptation to the alarm port so it can get connected to the RTU (like prepareing a board to connect the CPU4000 output and the drive two relays with CPU4000 alarm signals)....

You guys have any ideas / exepriences with this?
