CPU 100% Utilized

Hi,

I have windows 2003 server and was about to get started with installing Win XP using Virtual PC ofcource that i noticed that my CPU usage is 100% :( this was quite surprising coz i havent even installed the second OS yet and the CPU is already going bizerk!..any clues to solve this out..
