CPS4.5, nothing happens when client click published application.

Hi all
I installed CPS4.5 in a experimental environment. Then I published notepad, but nothing happens when client click that icon in web page.
And it also shows PNAgent can not connect to server. I checked weblink and found it was not installed in my Citrix server. But how to install the PNAgent? I can't find the install disk.

You can download the PNAgent from

http://www.citrix.com

so that should not be a problem.

During the PNAgent install it will prompt you to input your web interface server. This allows it to communicate to the WI and allows it to enumerate all apps that you have rights to.

I looks like you already have PN Agent installed. On the servers the only thing you need to be albe to use PN Agent is Web Interface. In Web Interface you create a special PN Agent site and then you enter the URL to the web interface in PN Agent on the client.
You will have to have the Web Client or Program Neighborhood installed on the client to be able to click on an application link in Citrix Web Interface.

Will The Web interface work with JUST the PNAgent installed?

Shouldnt the Citrix client for web also be installed??

Maybe not, i usually have Web interface installed only... good luck eitherway
