This SCSI card was pulled from a Proliant ML370. The tape drives and SCSI card (running at 32-bit) are working properly in a Windows Server 2k3 machine with a TYAN i7320 MB. The problem is when booting, the 29160 returns the error "DEVICE NAME NOT AVAILABLE:FAILED" for each possible node per SCSI ID which takes approximately 15 minutes in total. There are 2 Surestore 230's on the Adaptec card. The drives have unique SCSI ID's and are chained together without a terminator. Any ideas how to speed the boot process up?
