I am experiencing an issue where the CPND is not showing up on my M2216 displays.

DNIS 9107
Name D_Tech Support

Q 8000
Name Q_Tech Support

I dial in using a DID (9107) it gets forwarded to Call Pilot and from CP choosing an option it gets call transfered out to a Q (Q_Tech Support). When the agent answers the display shows

9107
908xxxxxxxxxx

I am wondering why the display does not show
9107 Q_Tech Support
908xxxxxxx.

I need to have the DNIS, Q Name and ANI show. Can anyone help?

Thanks

We have no idea how your phone is programed. If we did, someone might be able to assist.

I wonder if it's something in programming? I guess we'll never know.

It could be the CDN, ACD, LD95, TN, IDC, none of which we will probably ever see :-(

Called dials xxx.xxx.9109.
DNIS 9109 is built as a Phantom DN to get me into Call Pilot.
Once in Call Pilot, from a Menu the caller chooses an option that Call transfers out to a CDN 6109 (Not under control of Symposium, future use).
DFDN 6802 is used
Caller gets sent to the agent (using a 2216)
The display shows
9109
xxx-xxx-xxxx 6109

No CPND.

Did you try CLS CNDD DNDA

~~~
CDNA Show the caller info
DNDA Show what the caller dialed
When you have both, CNDA take precedence, so set it to CNDD and you should see the name of 6109.
I tried to program CNDD with DNDA and I rcv SCH3607, "SCH3607 -
Dialed Name Display cannot exist if CNDA is not configured".
