CPND/CNID disappearing

Looking to see if anyone else is or has experienced the following scenario....

Call #1 comes into line 0 of an M2616, CPND/CNID shows.
Call #2 comes into another line of the same set, CPND/CNID shows while ringing, when call #1 is placed on hold and #2 is answered the CPND/CNID disappears

Make sure CLS has TDD and OLA

Still no go even with TDD and OLA. Any more suggestions? Thanks

Add a display key, so they can manually check it.

Long ago, Rls 22, when TDD was invented, there was an issue with certain controller cards not being fast enough to display the name. A patch was made for that version, but I doubt you can get it, if your system is that old.

Reduce the number of stations with CLS TDD will solve it.

What type of switch? Do you have MGC cards or is this a large switch?

We currently have an 81C with MC32S and MC32 cards. Large system.

Understood, those 2 cards won't have any affect on your digital sets. Could be a patch, I would update your deplist to current and see if that fixes the issue.
