How do I get the individual DID extension numbers to show on outgoing calls? I have form 54 set up but caller id still shows main number.

SX200 MX controller, Rel 3.1.0.11. I am using two T1 trunks from the system to a sp201 (T1 to euro/isdn converter)via T1/E1 combo card. I tried using digit mod also (69*6#) but that did not work.
