Hello

We have a 3300MXe 0n MCD 4 using ISDN - PRI with a DID range in the UK.

In Voice Mail we have set up a single digit mail box that will dial our on call mobile using a system speed call. What we want to accomplish is to allow the on call person to be able to identify the call as an out of hours emergency. Currently when the on call mobile is rung via the system it displays our main number. I.E 01234 567 890. It would be useful to substitute this with something like 01234 567 999

Voice Mail currently dials out using ext 1020 and this of course is not one of our DID numbers. I have trolled through the documentation and tried a couple of things to no avail. I’m pretty sure this can be accomplished in some way any help would be appreciated.

hhmm looks like we cant do this. Has to be T interface only. We use Universal E1
