not as such wav files...using the browser interface

but remember seeing some posts about a 'device' to connect a PC to a phone and do the recording

The cool thing about the CP web interface. You can press the voice button next to any greeting number and tell it to call any number you can from your desk phone.

So if you had something from say RadioShack hooked up to you handset cord, you could get it to record it.

Thanks for all the replies here.. but I've done one better. Here's how:

Set your IRAD/RAD to externally call forward to your office number;

establish a VPN to the CP GUI;

at the record greeting/or home node greetings use ext number of IRAD/RAD in dial-out dialogue box, then press dial;

when your office phone rings either use an in line player or play back through Algo Aux box.

All voice portions of CP can be recorded this way.

I couldn't test the Aux box this morning.. and I couldn't test call forward external on an IRAD. RAD works.

Cheers
