CPEAUT Error Occured on Server. 20614

Hello, sometimes I am getting the following error while opening my report (from an asp page ,CR7 , data on SQL server 7.0 and I show the result with the ActiveX viewer):

"CPEAUT Error Occured on Server. 20614 : Starting background processing"

After this error happen I close the report and IE too. When I reload the report it often start succesfully.
This kind of error appeare only if I have report with subreport and sometimes it happen when I "drill down" from a Report to a Subreport.

I was wondering what this error was and how it could be resolved.
