Hi,

I am calling a Crystal Report from an ASP page. However I get an error -

CPEAUT Error Occured on Server. 20614 : Starting background procesing failed.

This is when I'm using JAVA as the viewer. However when I use ActiveX as the viewer, I get an error -

User Session Has Expired.

What could be the cause of this. Any help would be much appreciated.
