Is it possible to use a CPND for a t1-pri incoming RDB number?

Eg, incoming calls appear on 6021-1 to 6021-23 depending on what channel the call is coming in on. I'd like it to say EXTERNAL CALL or something like that for the CPND.

I created a CPND for 6021 and the system accepted it, however it doesn't show up.

We don't have call display as that's a feature we're not willing to pay for.

if you put a name on 6021 you did name the acod, ld 21 prt rdb.. the acod prompt is a little over half way down.. if you named that and are not getting the name on incoming calls, something else is amiss.. dial 6021 from your station, do you see a name their? in load 90 prt cpnd and posts it..

Ok, so the ACOD is the actual name of the route? I can change that from the numerical form of the route, to a text name?

REQ = NEW

Yeah, that's what I did originally.

It still doesn't display anything when you dial 6021.

I did a prt to check if it was there, and it is:

Sounds more set based. Check to see what the cls is for the set. CNDA, DNDA, and TDD(or ADD depending on rls). Does the name ever show up? is name display working on internal calls?

This phone always displays the names internally.

Here's something quirky that I just noticed...

If I call someone, put them on hold, switch to another line, and finally come back to my original line, then the CPND name will display.

But only if I switch lines, and come back.
