CPDC - Rls. 7.5

My CPDC card is not responding. I connected it on Slot # 1 of the Media Gateway Chasis. and connected port o of the 2 port cable with a gender changer and with Baud Rate 9600 to my mtce pc. I donot have any activity on my mtce. pc .
I also note that i dont see any activity on HD LED on the CPDC.
Can any body guide me what is wrong with me???
