Hi all, It is CS1000M, Mg release 7.5. I am not able to access CPDC neither element manager, However IP phones are workoing OK. Today i reset the CPDC but it got stuck on initial boot as given below

GRUB Loading Stage 2....

Ip Phones still working but getting above error on CPDC terminal. Can somebody advise how to resolve this issue??

what were the events that led up to the problem. when a CPDC won't boot for me, I find that it is usually memory that has gone bad and needs to be replaced. But I have not seen your error before.

GRUB is the Linux bootloader... I would check your storage and memory for integrity issues.

There was no particular event, CPDC just got stop working.
How can i go through in steps to resolve the issue???
Anybody face same issue???

I am also not able to access the other CPDC(Redundant) through EM. It is not registered in UCM.
Can somebody guide how to registered that CPDC in UCM.
After accessing the other CPDC can i make database backup of Signalling server so that i may restore this database after replacing hard disk of master CPDC??? or i just have to rebuild faulty CPDC and it will auto restore database (Node, Ip info) from working CPDC??
