CP150 need to hook-up to customer LAN

the customer wants to hook-up the CPilot to his LAN and enable him and us to maintain his system remotely through the internet. the question is, which port does he turn-on on his router or firewall to enable this? he already gave me a private ip address ( 172.16.10.25 ) which i changed in the Cpilot and work fine internally.
