CP150 Mini SDN Questions

I have a Option 11 with CP150 Mini just installed and having trouble with SDN Numbers and VoiceMail. I’ve added the hunt group 299 as SDN but when I call 299 VoiceMail never Answers.
If I call the main phone number then General Delivery Mail ox picks up.
Anyone clarify the SDN programming for me? The manual doesn’t say. Thanks.

I do not know the setup on PBX's and could be way off target but in a quick reading "CallPilot Mini Quick Start Guide" bottom of age 4 it appears on the PBX's, M1 in the case with the guide you need to create an ACD queue.
Secondary TN's are considered "Agents".

Thank you I’ve got all that working it’s just that when you call voice mail you create a SDN for the ace group. I did but when I call the ace group 289 the voice mail ports do not answer.
So I know a second SDN needs to be created for the AA as well.
Just don’t remember the specifics and it’s not listed in the manual.
