CP150/mini - Quick Install Wizard not working

There appears to be no Language to choose,
It shows the word language but no choice.
After pressing install anyway it does a reboot as expected but then returns to the install wizard.

I've never seen one with no languages before. Sounds like a glitch with the software. Have you tried another software card?

I was going to suggest using the Language Utility to reload the languages, but I think the CallPilot needs to be configured first, which you obviously can't do.

What I was thinking too, tech tried the utility bit no go.

I think tech will do a reinstall....however that's done with mini software.
